In the 2026 edition, Zerowatt Energy claimed the winning title for its AI-powered manufacturing solution, taking home the ₹2,00,000 cash prize, the Prem Behl Excellence Award, a fully sponsored spot at Expand North Star Dubai with a Supernova Semi-Finals entry, and a showcase at CES 2027 in Las Vegas. Joining them, Parkobot won top spot in the ARAI–AMTIF-powered Smart Mobility Pitch Competition, earning the prestigious ‘Emerging Innov8r Award,’ key industry visibility and access to the ‘NAVIG8 Mentorship Initiative.’

In the 2025 edition, Fuselage Innovations took the top spot, winning a sponsored slot at Expand North Star Dubai and GITEX Europe, along with a guaranteed pitch at the Supreme Challenge 2025 in Berlin and Dubai, and a ₹1 Lakh cash prize for its groundbreaking innovation.

In 2024, GoHemp Agro Ventures, a women-led startup focused on sustainable construction, stood out as the winner, receiving a cash prize of ₹1 Lakh and a fully sponsored exhibition opportunity at Expand North Star Dubai.

In 2023, Proxgy took home the victory as the recipient of the prestigious Prem Behl Excellence in Innovation & Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, along with a cash prize of ₹1 Lakh and a fully sponsored exhibition space at GITEX Dubai and GITEX Morocco’s SuperNova Championship, which they went on to win.
